Default Paypal buttons - adding html

I have helped a friend build a website (in Essentials) and was planning to add paypal's buttons for buy and add to cart. But they require placing html, and in the right location. I've been using fusion for 14 year and have NEVER paid any attention to html - clueless. So what I'm wondering is - how can i identify a "fusion jockey" that i can pay to teach "me" how to do this so I can then teach my friend? I figure it would be fairly easy by phone or email one-on-one, but I have gotten nowhere with what I have read.
