Can anyone point me to an Idiot's guide to building a website? LOL I am trying and slowly making headway but feel a bit lost. I see the wizard but it didn't quite get me where I wanted to go so trying to do it the hard way? I would like drop down menus for the navigation and a new link on the main page that hyperlinks to the right area on the news page instead of just the top. I am sure this is all really simple, but I am getting stuck.

Okay I am working through the documents you gave me and they are helping tons!! But why are my fly out menus closing so fast? They only let me go to the sub menus if I pull down at the exact right place and that is so aggravating. I do not have Auto-Close Fly-out checked. I want to use a border and spacing but that just makes the problem worse!

I have the v11 Getting Started guide (the latest version of the printed guide). Not sure how it differs from the v9 version but if you want to PM me with your email addy I can send it to you via SendSpace. Alternatively the 2015 version is onine on the NoF support site.

Getting started is the Mountain Jacques example build booklet. It is hard to follow without the template but not too bad.

Can anyone tell me how to slow down the fly out menus so they aren't so hard to click on the sub menu? It only works right if I find the one pixel to hover the mouse over. Works better on mobile devices than computers!!

I also have the Mountain Jacques sample site. These were all installed in the Docs folder under the NetObjects Fusion program folder back in the day before Vista. Let me know if you want 'em.

Create a temp/testing area on your domain and post a url to the problem so we can see it first hand
