Default Open Links in a New Tab

    Hi,

Currently when I click an external link that I've added, the user is taken to that site and must arrow back to my site. Perhaps it's a browser setting, but is it possible to force to a new tab so that my web page is still present?

    Thanks greatly,

    Lyle

You can target a popup in the Links dialog. However, whether that opens as a tab or a new window depends on the settings in the visitor's browser. It's under their control.

Thank you Franko. Kind of thought that would be.

Just watched an Australian movie with Guy Pearce and Helena Bonham Carter called 'Till Human Voices Wake Us' . Couple weeks ago we watched 'Tracks'. My wife and I have long been hooked on Australian movies, much better than those from here in the States.

    Best,

    Lyle

When you create the link, at the bottom of the link dialogue, set Target to "Existing" and Name to "_blank".

Thank you Ray. I'll give it a go.

    Much appreciated,
