I also dot see any downgrading of my sites but new clients are insisting on responsive design type sites as they look at sites on both Pc and laptops as well as Smartphones and Tablets. Most small clients are not aware of Google's ranking system they just want a site that can be seen on all devices without a border on larger screens.

My Clients don't necessarily call it Responsive Design but ask for sites that are full page width on Laptop etc and adapt for smartphones. To tell anyone that responsive design is is just a FAD would be an outright LIE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! That's the problem, Responsive Design is now the norm and NOF is not up to date.
Whether or not Clients know what its called they know what they what!!!
Hello Warren,
Thank you for explaining.
I got the point: nervous customers.
I rest my case.
Methinks NOF is working hard and fast to come with a new upgrade, but I do not know for sure.
However, since the last one was just a couple of months ago, I do not believe they can come up with a new version right away. It never worked that way before.
I refuse to believe NOF turns a deaf ear to web design trends.
How about contacting support directly by e-mail or PM the forum admin/leaders?

I never heard of a software maker telling everybody what features they are working on or when the next upgrade release date is.
This is the industry's standard modus operandi from the early 1990's.
The way it is now, all the software makers have salaried specialists to suggest this or that feature and to find out what the competition is doing, also close collaborators who are more or less good programmers with novel ideas, a feature wish list in forum(s) which everybody including the competition can read and reflect on, and last but not least the rest of us, users, who contribute some sudden fixes and some momentary suggestions.
Then comes the beta version with errors, new quick, corrections and maybe a few new features added in the last moment.
When the new version is released, we all are eager to see what it does, pay for the upgrade and take from there on our own.
I for one am not curious at all about what the next version(s) for all the software - NOF included - I use will be (and if I said otherwise somewhere in this forum, I should be excused ), but I would like to see a NOF company insider come up with some answers here for those who cared to ask questions and who need the answers most.
