Default "hot" phone number link on a webpage (for mobile use)

I've got a fairly simple website created for my customer.
    See it here:
    dundasautobody.com

It views okay on mobile devices because it is simple and fairly compact.
But he wants the phone number (on the Home page, and on the Contact page)
    to be a 'hotlink dialer".

So anyone viewing on their phone or tablet, can click the number and automatically place a call
(in the same way you click an email link, and your mail program opens)

Is this possible within NoF10...and how?

I did find another site that explained some coding for this idea
but it all looks like Martian language to me.

never mind! I fingered it out!

select the image or item that you want to be a link.
-you can also use the hotlink surround.

    choose Link.
in the attributes box...select [none] as the link type.
in the linking location box type "tel:+0000000000"

The zeros representing the ten digit phone number* although you can probably put any type of phone number,
since all it does it activate your phone, ready to dial, the number you have chosen.
On my phone it doesn't actually dial the number....which is good, if you just wanted to add it to your contacts
    and call it later.

I assume this will work for any version of NoF 10 and up.
I can't comment on earlier versions.

    ...
if you click the phone link while on a PC, you will get asked for an application to associate with the link.
My PC immediately suggests Skype as a phone option...so it obviously recognizes the link as a phone number.

You can also use a Skype button: when the visitor to the web site clicks on it, Skype initiates a call to the number.
It's as simple as that ...
John - I am born to tease, not to please.
For NOF beginners: read everything here and practice on mock web sites first.
Before asking a question, search to see if it has not been asked and answered already.

    Good point!
Although my application is for mobile phone users (so Skype isn't really an option on a mobile phone! lol)

But for PC users, this obviously makes sense.

Keep in mind...to click a Skype call button and make the call,
you need to already have the Skype software installed on your computer
and it only works (easily) when calling a mobile number.
For calls to a land line, there is a charge, so you would need a Skype pre-paid calling plan in place.

Only if the the User has Skype (installed and with an account)
If the visitor does not use Skype, how can it work?

Google/Android phones come with Skype installed, but you still have to set up an account.
iPhone doesn't use Skype at all (does it?).

Some people on the web page have his phone number, this is necessary because an email is attached to it, and after it your phone number. This is how spammers find various numbers of people and call them offering their products, several times a day, this distracts a lot of people from their personal lives, and I could recommend each of you a service from imp landline call blocker, as it will help you get rid of spammers.
