NOF2013 after licence number error, REINSTALL PROBLEM

Hi!

I bought the full NOF 2013 softwer and I used it from the purchase till yesterday and was not problem, but now it says when i wanna start the program come this error message:

The serial number entered for this installation is invalid. Please obtain the serial number from your registration card and reinstall or contact costumer service.

After this I can push OK button and the program dont start.

I UNINSTALLED THE SOFTWER FROM PC ( WIN 7 64) and try to reinstall from the cd files.
I have the setup file but when start install, i agreeded the term...i get an error message:

UNABLE TO CREATE PUBLIC FOLDER NETOBJECTS FUSION 2013

And installing is OFF

what can I do?

Thanks the nothing....

Finally I found the problem.
The program dont create the public folder automaticly if there is no Documents folder in the public folder. C:/user/Public/Documents

ANYWAY STILL WE DONT KNOW WHY WAS PROBLEM WITH LICENSE NUMBER AFTER SO LONG TIME! ???

Programs aren't supposed to create the Public folder. Windows does. And the default folder within it, such as Documents.

You must have deleted it and broken your installation.
