I just purchased V10 to upgrade my V9.1 edition of NOF. The install process
does not recognize that V9 exists, and prompts for the V9 serial number.
Even after I supply the serial number, the install process aborts with a
message to call support. To my consternation, the support number is
essentially disconnected, and refers you to the support Web site.

I created a problem ticket, and I guess they'll get around to it eventually.

Has anyone else experienced problems installing V10?
