what I am hearing is that you made changes/edits to the site and generated the html which shows the edits/changes but when you open the project in Fusion the edits are not there? Is this correct?

This is exactly my situation. What buffles me is that the correct site also shows up in the preview and local publishing folder of the very project, so these outputs were generated from the nod file within. However, the nod file does not reflect these changes, also the backups in the backup folder do not reflect any intermediate state. I've also looked at elder Acronis backups, same there.

As you and antonsvideo suggested, I did a search for all *.nod files on my machine, but none of the found files reflects the current state, but are elder ones from NOF 11 and 12. So I was hoping to find a semi-automated way to reconstruct the *.nod file using the stored local site.

You do not have many pages on the domain so it would be quicker to start a new blank project in any version you choose to use rather than trying to "fix" the few pages you have.

Create a framework (all blank pages, navigation, and graphics) then paste the text from the web site into your blank fusion pages.

Set your paste default to n- text so that you can format all the same.

this would fix some of the minor alignment issues that you now have as well as give you a clean site project

Once you have it finished export to template and upload the template to a folder on the domain so that you can always locate it again. Update the template (replace it) when you make changes.

I wrote this one in coldfusion ages ago and it is still working just fine
