Links in online view do not work

I have a problem in my online view.
None of the links work, no matter what I try.
I use Windows 8.1

trouble in online view usually indicates missing or corrupt java

what is your installed Java Version?

I mean the online view within Netobjects. The page where I can load previous editted sites and install items.

can you right click the Nof Icon and choose run as administrator

also, confirm your installed version of IE and is IE working correct?
