    I got a 4 or 5 second delay using an Athlon 3400 with 1Gb. I've also noticed
delayes using the Flash Photo Gallery.

Using the same template and my lowly machine I get......no problems? So
    what's going on?
I copied and pasted 10 pages, added rows to some pages, and copied the whole
table to other new blank pages.
Whole table to copy - 4/5secs
Drag contents from one cell to another 3 secs
Copy/ paste one cell to another 3 secs
Local publish whole site (15 pages) 35 secs.
    AMD 2.6 and 512mb ram.

I've played about with the Flash galleries, and they work fast enough as
well, although the amount of customisation seems very limited (unless I've
    missed something)

    Dave
I have received the template and on my initial pass I haven't experienced
the delays yet but I am still trying some things to see how I can duplicate
    this.
    Thanks

When you are in the Flash Gallery, right-click in the container area and
select the 'Transform to custom type...' option (see attached image). From
there you can create just about any layout you like.
    Thanks

You dragged the text box contents from one cell to another add saw no
performance delay? If so, you are the only one so far that's looked at it
and didn't see the problem. Very strange.....

    Dave
I was using the same cut&paste as the others. With drag and drop I do see a
bit of a delay there and the engineers are looking at it also.
    Thanks

    Thanks Scott.
These little fiddly bits are pretty well hidden though - when I first tried
I clicked on the thumbnail icon and didn't get the 'Transform' option,
before realising I needed to click on the layout area *between* the thumbs!
