NOF10 and Windows Vista

Will the help funtion in NOF10 work in Windows Vista?

I just tried on Vista RC2 and the answer (for the time being) appears to be
no. The NOF Help seems to be written in the old Help form that MS is trying
to get rid of and the winhelp32.exe is not yet available for download for
Vista. Though it's promised for early 2007.
