I had Fusion 2 in 1997, but never used it. Got 3 shortly thereafter and have been using each release of the program ever since.

You cannot imagine how happy I was to get this box in the mail from NetO.

I was not one of the major contributors but I did manage to break a few things for them

I never opened my package as the last iteration of the beta was the retail release so I just kept using that.

I'm probably the only person on the planet to have an unopened Fusion version 1 retail box

Wow. That sure brings back memories. I remember getting this at a time I was enrolled in a government self employment assistance program, obviously to build and maintain business websites. The class teacher was quite insistent that I needed to also enroll in an html course to get a pass for the program while I consistently said "no I don't". I explained that would be like telling me I need to learn DOS in order to use my computer (which was Win 3.1 at the time). Finally I had to show him NetO ... I got my pass and sold a copy.

What I also remember was that the price tag was way, way, way out of my range but was able to get my first customer to buy it for services rendered online. Anybody remember what they paid? (i do)
    :-)
