Is jQuery Carousel Function in NOF Templates?

Upon opening up the NOF TreeHouse-Blue template, there were no carousel panels opening when clicking on images that run in the jQuery carousel mode in the template demo. Am I missing something? My goal is to click a smaller image that opens to a larger image in the foreground with the Lightbox effect (just like the template demo functions). I know there are lots of ways to do this, but thought it would be convenient to do it inside NOF 2015.Thanks!

Thanks, Bluesman. I am surprised that NOF would incorporate a function in their templates that is not included. It's' is a bit misleading.
