    Default Missing Snippet tool

I'm using a site based on a template to experiment with a few things on NOF and one thing that has struck me is I dodn't appear to have a Snippet Tool on the toolbar - can anybody suggest why this might be and how I can turn it on ?

maybe your desktop resolution prevents all buttons from being seen

in that case, click components and then media

also, you can edit the toolbar by adding and removing buttons

but I must admit, the Nof toolbar is a hit and miss, what you see one day is not what you see the next, Nof9 was the last reliable version

Hi Anton, thanks for the response - that seems to work for me, I've managed to embed a facebook snippet on a test page OK

I don't think my screen resolution is an issue and it was the NOF documentation below that made me think I should be able to see it in the standard toolbar. Now for the next question......

what happens if you click smart layout on the toolbar settings?

do you have the latest version?

maybe a reinstall will bring it back to normal

Smart layout on/off makes no difference to anything as far as I can see

    version is 15.00.0000.1050, Standard Version

I would uninstall and reinstall, then apply update1

It won't harm any of your sites, they won't be removed

if that fails, contact Nof support and ask them to tell you how to get a normal toolbar back
