Overseas pricing
As others have found out, we are in Australia, and instead of being charged
AUD $140 for ver 10, the price came up as AUD $175. I shot off an email to
NO and after four days got an answer that this is NO's "policy". I have sent
off a reply that my last upgrade was charged at the right exchange rate.
I had asked two other questions in my first email about download size and
losing config info if I import a template as opposed to opening an earlier
NOD file. Both questions were just ignored.
Does anyone know the download size of the upgrade install file and why the
download cost is identical to the boxed version?
Has anyone had any progress in disputing the price for overseas buyers?

Re: Overseas pricing
Hi Vicki
There is only one reason for the price difference - because they can.
See the NoF 9 general discussion group for more, plus a way around
their thievery.
