Default Spam emails coming from my form - how to stop it

Hi. I have someone sending me stupid form submissions. They get pass the validation fields with ease. Its an HTML page.
I dont really want to make it fully secure or make my users do anything complicated.
    This is the form:
    http://www.solarlightcap.com/html/2c-dealer-order.html

I did notice the numerical validation was not working (but email address validation was), and found in a thread elsewhere that NOF wasnt publishing an include validation.js script line in the header. I added that in, and saw that as a user, I must now enter the numbers correctly, but this spammer just seems to cut right through it.

Can you tell me how they get past the field validation, and send me a code snippet to fix it?
Below is an example email I get from them 40 times a day:

"Mark" is in circulation these days, even here in the Caribbean.
Many people get spam from "Mark".

Your form should have an IP identifier:

    Sender IP: xxx.xxx.xx.xx

So anyone know why this spam gets through the form validation?
It seems to have stopped recently - I did add a line to the top of the page adding in a validation.js that NOF had missed generating.
Perhaps that has fixed it. I got some spam after the fix, perhaps that was from a cached version of the page.
I'll come back here if I get anymore emails from 'Mark'
