Is 10 worth the upgrade?

Honestly it seems like from 7.5 to 8 to 9 I am upgrading without even having
a chance to learn all there is in the "old version" and now there's 10. I
was wondering what other who have upgraded felt about the new version. Is
it worth the upgrade?

Go for it!!
I upgraded on the first day, basically because no matter what software you
buy to do this type of work, you will always have issues, having used NOF
since version 8 I can honestly say that I am very happy with the software,
also you would be hard pushed to get a better forum than this one, nearly
all the issues presented come down to finger trouble with the user, very few
complaints are based on real issues (although there are some), for those
that want to be picky write the whole web site in XML or HTML, ASP or the
likes. My publishing is quite fast, (30 to 60 page sites) never had problems
uploading, and cant say I have had any crashes, ive found support to be very
helpful and the on line support is briliant, I feel realy sorry for the
developers as version 10 is worth the update, even though some are having
problems

I am currently using version 8 because we got it free when we signed up for
service with 1and1.com to host our site last year. I have never built a site
before so I am starting with zero knowledge of this. There have been several
other projects that have taken priority and I have not had a lot of time to
spend with this software. From the time I have spent with it I am finding it
dificult to use. I am wondering if version 10 is any easier to use? From the
looks of the screen shots I have seen, I would think it would be. I am also
wondering if they have special pricing for non-profit organizations on the
new version?

Chad the best way to learn any software never mind this one is by doing
worked examples, the more you do the more you want to do, I run a small
consultancy business and dont have time to spend on designs ect, I find NOF
10 fast efficient and with a little practice a lot of fun. All new packages
look difficult but soon you will be asking for more features, I started like
yourself and now I am atempting to do data bases, as for non profit
organisations you can find anything like that on Net Object Fusion web site.

There is an educational version available but I am not sure if they extend this offer to non profit organizations.
