Forum's are OK in their way, but aren't they just a way of the programme vendors side stepping their obligation to support their own creation.
I have found with several programmes I have that the only way to get any help is through the forums, Don't get me wrong I appreciate the help when it comes
but that can be a very long wait with a programme that is giving problems.
My Suggestion Is A Button To Highlight Your Problem To At Least An Administrator Or Their Tech Department, Say After 3 Or 4 Days With No Reply's.
