Default warn users that the site uses cookies (read in europe)

Good morning, I would go on the homepage a consent notice to report to users the use of cookies, you have any advice for me?

    Thanks for all other information

Pretty much all sites use cookies as they are often placed by the web server for its own purposes. I you are going to use cookies other than that, for example, to maintain state in a shopping cart (and if you have a shopping cart you have to be using cookies) then a short statement saying what information you're collecting, how it's being kept, and the purpose for which you're collecting it is all that is needed. Be clear and direct and don't try to obfuscate. Anyone who's been on the web for any time at all will be aware of and probably familiar with cookies.

While this is mandatory in the EU, it's also good practice for web owners everywhere.

You could use one of these solutions:

    https://silktide.com/tools/cookie-consent/

    or

    http://cookieok.eu/

Either one is quite simple to implement.
