Default Using PSD files with Netobjects 11

Some one did a site design for me and gave me a PSD file. What do I do with it?

I read on the Netobjects.com site that the templates you can buy from them come
with the PSD file so it can be edited.

Just not sure what to do. Have not been able to find anything on line yet.

Purchasing a PSD assumes you have photoshop whereas you create slices to
    integrate with any html editor.

I have Photoshop, I thought there might be a way to Improt the psd. I
will try to figure out the "slices" and see happens.

Oh, the site design was free.
