Locate my version and previous purc hases?

Hello all, I had used NOF 8 for years and updated to newer version. I saved my 8 disc but not the updated version. Laptop crashed and I installed my NOF 8. When I try and open any website folder, I get the "Site created with newer version" error. This leads me to 2 questions:

1) How can I figure out wheat version they were created with? ( I did try the page source but nothing jumped out at me).

2) Once I find the version, how can I get a replacement serial and/or disc?

If the site is online, just view source. Unless you changed the defaults it will say what version created the page
