Section K is the loop param....
You "should" set the loop within the flash file itself to make sure it loops. the internal flash file setting will over ride the param loop setting.

Thank you, you confirmed my intuition. Will have customer submitting video set video file.
Keep in mind that Flash isn't as widely supported as it was in the past and not at all on most mobile platforms.
I'd go with a video format that works with HTML5.
