Default Linked page Visible on main menu

This may be a small problem, I can't find the solution.
I made a page : Testimonials, when it was full I added a new page linked by a "Page 2" button at the bottom of the first page.
This all works fine (The Linking) but if you hover over the "Testimonials" button on the Top menu bar it also shows underneath it "Page 2".
I know I have to somehow tell it not to show in the main menu, but I can't find the solution.
On the main Menu at the top of each page all I want is the original "Testimonials" Button then at the bottom of that page I have a "Page 2" button to access the next page then "Page 3" and so on.
I only want to link from the button at the end of each page (which it does) to the next page.
I don't want any of these pages accessed until the previous one has been read.
Example: read page one, click button, get page two, read page two, click button, get page three etc. etc.

    Any help Please.
If you help me I'm Greatful.

That works fine, Is there any way of keeping the top of page navigation buttons for the other pages,.
If not I'll just put a return button, to take the viewer back to the first Testimonials page.

    Thanks

also, I made a little video to show another simple way by adding a button to the Navbar to take you back to the main page
