    Default Published Site Structure Not Matching Design Site Structure

    Using NOF 2015. I am creating a new site from a template (Deco-Grey). I loaded the template in, and then began using it. I changed the Default page names like ABOUT or PRODUCTION to page names which made sense for my new design. All of the content for pages publishes fine. However, the template page names are being carried over as the published site structure. What used to be the ABOUT page has been renamed on my site to ORTHOPEDICS for example. On the published site however, the structure is /ABOUT/pagename.html rather than /ORTHOPEDICS/pagename.html . I can see in the <Code> listing where there are references to these old page names. I thought I'd be able to edit the code and change the names of the script and other references which are still pointing to the original names, but editing is not allowed here.

    1) I would think with a tool such as NOF and the described circumstances I would not need any hand editing of the code to change the site structure, but is this what I need to do?
    a) If so, is the code locked because I'm using this template and have not unlocked it fully someplace?

    2) Or, does this sound like some quirky behavior that I have to live with. It makes navigation from Browser URL fields very confusing.

    Thank You in advance.

    In Site view, click the page eg ABOUT. This brings up the Page Properties.
    Here you will see whatever you have renamed the page in site view (ie Orthopedics).
    Click Custom Names.......I suspect you will still see About.....either delete these or change them to Orthopedics.
    Custome NAmes can be handy if you ahve tabs that need to spread over two lines.

    Thanks to gprit and gotFusion for their responses. Unfortunately, my Custom Names are set to the correct values of the pages, and I followed the instructions to clear out the Preview and Local Publish directories for my site within Windows Explorer, and my site is set to publish via the Site Structure. I expected that when I had cleaned out the Preview and Local Publish directories and republished locally that the page names would be correct, but they're not. They are still set to the template names. I'm still hung up on seeing those values in the code for those pages and feel like those are being treated like hard coded values presently, but since I am not being allowed to edit the code I am unable to change those values.

    For instance from my page which has been changed in Site View to ORTHOPEDICS from ABOUT, when I examine the code for the page there exists this code for the navigation -

    <li id="NavigationButton2">
    <a href="./about.html" title="ORTHOPEDICS" style="line-height: 0">
    ORTHOPEDICS

    The page is still being referenced as about.html instead of orthopedics.html. and for the other page still remaining its original value -

    <li id="NavigationButton3">
    <a href="./properties.html" title="INJECTIONS">

    For other navigation buttons the code is:

    <li id="NavigationButton4">
    <a href="file:///C:/Program Files (x86)/NetObjects/NetObjects Fusion 2015/NetObjects System/nolinks.gif" title="CHIROPRACTIC">
    CHIROPRACTIC

    I also tried deleting the Navigation Bar itself, then I recreated it fresh, but still the original page names remain as referenced.

    Thank You

    Sounds like the old NOF shuffle is in order.

    Export to template: http://www.gotfusion.com/tutorials/tut.cfm?itemID=16

    Import under a different name: http://www.gotfusion.com/tutorials/tut.cfm?itemID=17

    Is it possible to view your website? I have just travelled across to France (from UK) and have a problem with internet connection at the moment.....if export/import suggestion doesn't work and the problem is still there towards end of next week PM me and I will try and see what the problems is (will give you my email to send Exported template).
