Restore website after hard drive problem

Had a computer problem and tech re-indexed the computer, costing me nearly everything saved. I have WS_FTP and can get to my website on the server. How do I get it to my computer? What files do I need to transfer?

Still kicking myself for not saving something to a disk.

Don't ask me how but my website is back. Turned off the computer for a while and when I turned it back on, I went to Netobjects just for kicks, and the website was back.

Export the project as a template.

Should you not get in next time you will be faced with entering everything all over again if you do not have a template to import
