New PC - can I transfer my NOF?

I am a long time user of NetObjects since around 2003. I have finally purchased a new PC and it comes naturally with Windows 10. I own NetObjects 2015 licence on my clunky old Toshiba with Windows Vista. How do I go about transferring my licence to 2015? Software downloads seem to require a previous version to enable the install of 2015. And there isn't an option I can see in Essentials to enable n upgrade. Any ideas or help appreciated.

simply install the full installer (that you saved somewhere when you bought it) and then enter the serial

then download and install the update

the Nof support server only has update patches, not full installers
