Default Forms, I hate forms, I really hate forms

Okay, here's the deal. I managed a small website for the local Parkinson support group. I also have Parkinson's disease and a brain injury. Not whining just letting you know. So here's my question.

Is there an easy way to add a contact form to my site???
I have tried to read and understand. It is beyond my abilities.

Would one of you experts be willing to walk me through the complete form creation exercise?? you can view my site at test.co-parkinson.org

    Please

I use a 3rd party form. It is easy to set up and easy to integrate with NOF. The basic plan is free if you plan not to have more than 100 people contacting you per month. For my use that is more than enough.

If you want to see how the form looks integrated with an nof built website, here is (my) example.

Try the "easy embed" option rather than the full HTML code.

Hard to tell, but I'd guess that the code you've inserted is trying to load scripts from a remote location. I.E. from "emailmeform.com". These scripts will likely not load or work properly from a local publish as you will not be online.

Try creating a /test directory or your web server and publish there to test it out.
