    Default Navigation bar not showing

I'm trying to update my website and one of the pages will not show the graphical navigation bar when published. I tried both local publish in my test site and nothing shows. The fly out menu items work fine from other pages. However, if I put a text navigation bar that works fine w/o the flyouts of course. Page that does show a graphical nav bar is "Helpful Links." test.co-parkinson.org

I see it is Helpful Links page that does not show the Navigation bar.

Without puzzling and tring for ages, the easiest things to do would be to 'clone' say the contact page/rename and copy all items from the 'Helpful Links Page' (easy if you ahve them in a Layout Region.

to find out the actual cause:

duplicate the page in site view, then go to the duplicated page and delete one item at a time, perform local publish, current page until you find which item caused the issue, then you can repair the original page
