Hi, I'm new here and have been having a horrendous time trying to make contact with NetObjects Fusion regarding software replacement that has been lost from my PC and its activation code/license. Does anyone know of w technical support email address or telephone number

You're not going to get a reply from Technical support - see many other posts.
If you have 'lost' your install software AND your activation code I'm afraid you are stuck - lesson leant (again) is that you MUST make backups of these important items.
