I asked for some help from the Forum.
A few people were generous enough to spend their time to try to help me, but they couldn’t solve the problem. Is there a “technical support” for NOF-2015 that I can ask for some help?

Well I think you have an answer. If, as it seems, the special characters cannot be used in NOF for your purpose, the solution is to build your menu buttons externally witht he Turkish characters (many ways to do this).....capture them as images and use those in the menu (and link to pages). I have tried that and it works, as long as you avoid drop down menus.

You will not get technical support from NOF....

Thank you very much for your help. I do not know that much yet. When I come to that point, I will try to learn how to do it.

    Have a look at: http://www.libertybs.co.uk/clients/testtime/

Basic page with two buttons automatically generated HOME and SERVICES. I quickly added a button that could replace these (didn't bother about it looking nice!).
Didn't even have to use a button generator. Simply opened EXCEL speadsheet, pasted in your problem characters, made it a bit bigger, changed background and font colour..... then took a quick image capture using Snip (standard inbuilt Windows tool). Pasted the image onto the page and linked it to Services.

Try it out....come back if you need help.
