The "checklist" is a great idea, especially if you're just trying out the 2015 software for the first time.

Problem is

I can't find how to find it. I've read all the article on how to use it but don't know where it is when I start the software

From the 'View' menu at the top, select 'Task Checklist' - the checklist panel will pop out.
