Default Double spacing between first sentence and bullets

How do I make the double space to a single space for bullets. For example, this is what I get:

    Management

    • Strategic planning
    • Process analysis and improvement plans
    • Vendor reconciliations
    • Project management
    • Operational management

    This is what I want:
    Management
    • Strategic planning
    • Process analysis and improvement plans
    • Vendor reconciliations
    • Project management
    • Operational management

The only options in "paragraph" I get are Alignment, Line Height, Word, and Letter. I was hoping to see Space Before and Space After. Thanks

Try Shift-return instead of just return. Haven't tried it in NoF to be honest, but it works in a lot of programs.

if using Shift+Return, the bullet will be applied to the line above as well

the trick is to preset the style to have 0px space above and 0px space below

I don't get a Format button. Or a List tab.

I assume you clicked inside the list text so the cursor flashes?
I also assume you use Nof 15?
