How to set up RSS component?

Please, Can you help me setting up RSS on my site discovercheck.com. I'm using NetObjects Fusion 2015 RSS component.

I looked at the Wiki Documentation - Adding_an_RSS_Feed

Still, I can't make it work, nor I can't figure out the RSS feed address (URL) and Proxy URL. The RSS that I want to use is from theweekinchess.com once I click the RSS icon, I get the theweekinchess.com/twic-rss-feed page.
