Optimising Pictures

Hi
I'm using NOF 10 but I've a customer wanting CMS so for this I'm using
NOF9 and npower.
I believe you can't optimise pictures in npower so the question is what
is the best way for a fairly untrained customer to be able to do this.
Ideally it would be best in a free program and something easy to use.
