    Default Import issue

My site http://www.opvolleyball.org/ was on a hardrive that crashed and the backup was corrupted, so I'm trying to download from the site but it is behind a firewall so not easily letting me. I've tried FTP, etc...and I get the files but when I open them, they seem to reference the wrong versions of the files. I create new pages with the correct HTML and it references the wrong template and dropdown menu so everything is messed up.

    Any ideas would be appreciated.

If you do not have a saved template of the site project about the best thing to do is to start a new blank site and copy/paste the text from the online site into the new pages.

When you get it back together, export it as a template: http://www.gotfusion.com/tutorials/tut.cfm?itemID=16

Then it will only take a couple of mouse clicks to rebuild the site project when your next hard drive crashes: http://www.gotfusion.com/tutorials/tut.cfm?itemID=17

I'm trying that, and the default style is overriding my work??? Is there a way to import individual pages into blank pages with no pre-defined styles?
