    Where do I find the Flash Text Effects Component and how do I place it on my site? See 'Configuring the Flash Text Effects - After you have placed the Flash Text Effects Component on your site, you can configure its settings in the Component Properties dialog box.' in NO F 2015 help.

    You should not be using Flash for websites these days - it's dead and does not display on Mac/apple.
