Whatever happened to the useful ' Site selection - selected page is parent'
facility which I find extremely useful in 7.5 ?

In 9 and 10 Site Selection just means a group of pages has to be selected
manually - a bit of a backward step.
I've tried highlighting pages in site view, but it has no effect on the
pages selected for publish.

(Unless I've missed something simple...? )
