    Default NetObjects purchase

    Hello all,
    I think I should have reviewed this forum before purchasing NO 15.
    I have NO 12 and went to the update site which is being run by Asknet. After filling out the info I hit submit and knew something was wrong as the page seemed to freeze. I checked my Visa the next day and the money had been deducted. I'm in Canada so the update amount of 49.94 was 68.35 CDN.
    Reading the posts it seems no wonder there is no reply from 2 emails to sales@netobjects.com. Have contacted Asknet about this and am awaiting a reply.
    Any suggestions as to how to proceed? I'm happy with the product but I'm surprised by the lack of support.

    there is no support for a long time and do not expect any updates

    That's what I expected to hear. Will see what Asknet says and take it up with my bank.
