    Default This site is declared......dead.

There is so little traffic on this site that I suspect hardly any of the regulars check in much anymore. Net Objects 2015 has been around for 4 years and I think anybody who wants to use it knows how by now. There are a lot of new products out there to play with and have fun with but it's tough to come here and experience a depressing atmosphere. No, Net Objects is not dead yet and may not be for years to come. There just isn't much use for this site now. So everybody have fun and maybe come back here for a look once in a while.

It also appears that Koken is dead. Not much has gone on there since the 1st week in Feb.. I also did some searches and it seems very possible that Steve, Adam, and the others of Net Objects fame have left everything to the original guy that invented Koken who sold it to Steve. I can't remember his name but he is a world traveler photographer. He seems to have it all now, NOF and Koken, and he is doing nothing with either.

BTW: The spammers may have more use for this site than any one else.

There's no reason to expect a future version of NOF. Steve Raubenstine, the head honcho at NO, was last on this site over 6 months ago. For the other NO (former?) staff, it's been 3 - 4 years since they've checked in.

Those that used NOF as a business have moved on to other tools. Some, like me, have all but given up on web design. Most of the remaining active users are likely making/maintaining a basic site for their small business or hobbies and don't need any guidance because they use the basic feature set.

Somebody occasionally cleans out the spam, changes light bulbs and mows the lawn when it gets too long. But that's about it.

I check in here pretty much daily.

Not much going on, but folks do respond when a user/new user asks for help. So in that sense, the forums still serve their purpose. Even without NO staff around.

I have forums on BeyondFusion that everyone who visits here are welcome to join. I prevent spammers and approve new members personally, so there's no issue with that nonsense.

No telling how much longer this site will stay active. Hopefully, it'll stick around.

I check in about once a week and read whatever has been posted.

I still use NOF15 for my personal website which is fairly simple In fact, I would probably not upgrade if there was an upgrade. I use Win 7 - 32bit version. The only thing that would induce me to upgrade is if it became more compatible with the 64 bit version of windows.

Fusion 15 (2015) works just fine on 64 bit Windows 10. Never had an issue, even with bleeding edge builds I get in the Insider program.
