Problems with 2015 version

I recently upgraded from NOF12 to 2015 with no advantage for my use. I also bought a new computer with Windows 10 which was my second mistake.
I now find that the property inspector and picture inspector will not show, so I can’t edit these items.
All I remember doing lately is to increase the page size to 125%, but now I can’t find out how to reduce it to 100%.
What a general expensive cock-up!
Can anyone please help

you need to install Java 32bit for Nof15 to run in Win 10
to return to 100% view, press Ctrl+0 (zero) or use the view menu, zoom, and set to 100%

I actually had Java 32 bit installed, but that wasn't the reason for the problem. I found a tag called Workspace and upon clicking on that the properties palettes all came back. Don't ask me why?
