Internal grid lines of table not showing up in preview/published view

Dear Sir,

I am using NetObjects Fusion 2015. The created table shows internal grid lines when in design view. However it does not show the internal grid lines in preview mode nor when published. The external border is visible in design or preview or published views, and has no issues.

How do I get it to show the internal grid lines in preview and published modes, without using CSS. Tks.

what is your html output setting? Html 4.1? Html 4.1 with tables? Html5? Html5 dynamic?
