NOF15 HTML option grayed out

I attempted to add a YouTube video and the Ctrl t option no longer works. At the bottom of the page the HTML option is also grayed out. I must have changed something and I need to reverse it to enable HTML again.

you draw a textbox and press Ctrl+T

or you draw a textbox and select the html button on the property palette of the textbox

When you press ctrl+t a pop-up box should appear - it doesn't. I've done this before and its stopped working.

maybe an antivirus or anti malware program is blocking the popup? Have you excluded all Nof folders?

I opened an older version of the website and HTML and ctrl+t works. Something changed in my current version and I don't know what it is!

maybe you accidentally enabled any of the site protection options?
