I had no problems with the insurance for my Mercedes-Benz Sprinter. My car was parked near the supermarket, and it was boiling outside. Because of heat, the windscreen cracked. I wasn't sure if it is an insurance case and if I should contact my insurance company. I have read on moneyexpert.com that the windscreen can be replaced by the insurance company only in some cases, and luckily cracking because of heat is an insurance case. I just called an agent, and he came to the parking lot to see my car, and they offered me money for a new windscreen.
