Can NoF 15 run without Adobe Flash Player?

When trying to reinstall NetObjects Fusion 2015, I get an alert saying "To run NetObjects Fusion 2015, you must first install Adobe Flash Player on your local hard drive."

Is there a substitute for AFP? Would NoF 15 run well without it? I'm using a site style called "Cherubim" designed by Studio NetObjects. Is this sitestyle still supported?

you can use it without AFP as long as you don't use the flash menus that are part of the menu options

Do you know anything about the Studio NetObjects and their sitestyle "Cherubim?" It doesn't seem to be well supported (or behaved) on most of the browsers I've tested it on (Firefox, Opera, Chrome, Internet Explorer). This is a new development that first showed up about six months ago. I didn't pay much attention to the problem until recently when I started to edit the website extensively. Can you or some one else help with this problem. I can't find any site or reference to Studio NetObjects on the web.
