How do I fill in a text block from white to a color?

What I am trying to do is draw a rectangle, add text in white and make the rectangle a color?
Can anyone point me in the right direction please?

The way to do it is to use a graphics app. Make whatever you want and save it as a jpeg. Then put it into your web page. That is how I would do it. Nof is not a graphics app, It makes whole web pages and sites. NOF internal tools are very limited.
