    Default Selecting the mortgage lender/broker

When we took a mortgage, everything went so fast at the time that we did take time to shop, but we actually only shopped amongst the banks.

We ended up with RBC because we had a very good service and a great rate.

But banks aren't the only mortgage lenders... So how do you make a choice? Pros and cons?

At my renewal in 2024, I may want to switch if I find out there's a better option. I'm currently on a 5-year fixed rate term. I guess I'll go with a 5-year variable rate and I'll want a HELOC.

When I look at this, banks definitely aren't offering the best rates.

Suppose you have any difficulties in choosing a mortgage or difficulties in mortgage paperwork. In that case, you should contact Mortgage Broker Manchester because such a broker will be able to advise you on the issues that you need. I advise you to do this because I could not get a mortgage for a long time. Still, I found a mortgage broker who could help me get a mortgage because some documents I did not know about were filed. So I hope my advice will help you, good luck, my man, if u have some questions, PM me.
