    Default Saving a NOD

Hi folks. Perhaps someone can share with me why a new, licensed installation
of NOF 10 won't save a NOD file? Clues? Thanks! Wayne

I should have mentioned I'm trying to run NOF on an XP Pro SP2 sytem with
2.7GB RAM and 72GB remaining HD space. Plenty of headroom. I also have NOF 8
installed, but I never really used it.

On both the New Blank Site filedialog and on the Save Site As filedialog at
the end of the Wizard, nothing I put into the filename editbox is
acknowledged. Once it saved a blank site as simply ".nod" -- no filename,
    just extention.

Other apps on my system are behaving correctly, according to a small
    sampling.

    Thanks, Wayne
