Default Can't see my main page

I am a novice at this which must be remember here! When I was messing
around building my site I selected the frames option not knowing what I was
doing. The site has been built in frames however the frames are set to
zero. I don't know if this is relevant to the problem I am having where a
couple of people who before could view my whole site can not get to the
homepage with a straight link. she gets a blank page. If I open a link in a
new window and send them that link then they can open it . The weird thing
though is that they see all of the individual page names as if the site
wasn't built with the frames option. Btw I have NOF 10 and vista. This
lady is using the Eudora. I had her delete her cookies and cache but that
    didn'work.

Any help I can get would be greatly appreciated

Also is there a way to remove the frames code?

first thing to do is to turn off the frames and republish the whole site

press F10 and then the 3rd Tab, there make sure all frame buttons are greyed
    out looking

with Nof10, there is hardly a difference in appearance of the frame buttons
in on or off state, you need to look careful

    see attached
