Big time frustration with Layout!
Sorry for all the posts, bit I'm a bit new & trying to get a page layout
right. I tried to use dynamic page layout & almost every other combination
you can think of! I have a small video that is placed on the left side of
the layout. when I place another pic or object to the right, - when
published, the one on the right really moves over & gets everything out of
whac. (off the page or moved down) How can I just get a really simple fixed
layout that does not move things around? Please help...

Re: Big time frustration with Layout!
Please do not bump like this, I just answered your other question before I
saw this one.

Re: Big time frustration with Layout!
Some things to look at:
1) Use Dynamic layout for IE (deselect Netscape). Don't use fixed layouts
and layers. Way too tricky and you won't get good cross browser rendering.
2) Your page may be too wide. Hit ctrl+L to decrease page width. Use Ctrl+M
to decrease master borders
3) Your video is bigger than the space you have allotted for it. Adjust the
placeholder size. Do a local publish and check in browser. Page preview
isn't as reliable as local publishing.
If you continue to have problems, post a url to the problem page so we can
look at it.
