    Default Patch 3 preliminary issues

    Hi all,

I just installed it and tested it, first experience is that you can NOT
publish with maximum compression, all images and masterboders become
    inconsitent and VERY ugly.

Turn off max compression and you ok.

In addition, everything is screwed, no matter what the publishing
    options are.

If you you at the page in preview, it looks ok.
Then you publish the page it looks ok.
Then you publish the site, everything is screwed, masterborders are
wider and misaligned, buttons are distorted.
You publish the whole site, then some pages are ok, some are totaly
    different.

So many bugs, DO NOT apply this patch unless you want to pull your hairs.

I have not had a problem with it, and I installed the day it came out.

I have already pulled out almost all my hair due to computer issues. I
am trying to grow it back.

I have had problems publishing with patch 3 as well. I have found that if
you pulish from the 'publish' view then it usuall seems to go OK. Otherwise
all the buttons do come out distorted or even wrong.

Do you have a template of your site, that you can send to me (or provide a
    download location for).

No, but I've found a way out:

I rebooted Windows; then I switch the auto generated images to best
gifs; then published and it worked! I then reseted my own setting and
turner on max compression also for html and re published the whole site
    and it looked ok.

I am not sure which exact steps fixed the problem but it seems ok now.

Thanks for the support form all.
